For the employer, we can draft the employment agreement, non-compete agreement, employee manual, and help create employment policy. We help our clients comply with applicable law and minimize, if not eliminate, employment disputes. We are also called upon to defend against claims ranging from unlawful termination to failure to pay wages, to harassment. We also represent employees in similar cases.

LITIGATION / TRIALS
We offer extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts. Our experience not only helps to prepare a winning argument but can signal to your opponent that you are serious about pursuing your claim–that you have hired a firm that takes cases to trial, and prevails. We handle a wide range of disputes from a disagreement between neighbors to a multi-million dollar dispute over a shopping mall. Some of our cases are resolved through a few phone calls while others have required multi-week jury trials.

We negotiate and draft most agreements, including contracts and leases. We also assist with rental and landlord tenant matters.
ESTATE PLANNING + ADMINISTRATION
Through estate planning, we allow you to control the division of your assets and provide for the continuing care of loved ones. We offer guidance and assistance in the preparation of wills, trusts, advance health care directives, and other estate planning tools. After a death, our services range from helping the estate representative navigate through probate to assisting in filing a claim against the estate.
